These "Vibe Todo" Terms of Use ("these Terms") set out the conditions for using the app defined in Article 2 ("the Service"), which Handlerr, Inc. ("we", "us") provides through "Vibe Todo" that we operate. A member as defined in Article 2 is deemed to have agreed to all of these Terms upon using the app.

Article 19 (Governing law)

Japanese law is the governing law, and the Fukuoka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
